On Tuesday, 1/7/1441H (25 February 2020), at the headquarters of the General commission for Survey (GCS)in Riyadh Holding a performance lecture entitled “Measuring Performance Indicators” organized by GCS in cooperation with the National Center for Performance Measuring “Adaa” in the framework of cooperation that contributes to developing the administrative work of the commission.
A performance lecture aims to exchange support, technical expertise and knowledge in areas of mutual interest, within the framework of enabling public agencies to implement their goals and strategic plans according to indicators that contribute to ensuring the achievement of their approved goals, initiatives and projects.
The performance lecture contributes to spreading the culture of managing and measuring performance, and providing GCS staff the knowledge and skills necessary to deal with the key performance indicators and how they work, and benefiting from them in various fields. Outputs, and contributes to developing participants' scientific and professional capabilities in the field of performance management culture and measurement.
The lecture presented by Mr. Fahd Al-Hammad from the “Adaa” Center reviewed the basics of developing key performance indicators, unifying concepts and terminology related to them, and spreading a culture of performance measurement for government agencies, in addition to defining the importance of developing strategies and implementing them to develop key performance indicators, targets and initiatives for the strategic goals of government agencies.
